August 2017 TBR

Here’s by TBR list for August! I’m aiming for 8 books, to keep on track with my goal of reading 100 books before the year is out. I’m keeping a couple of slots open for random books that might strike my fancy, or for sequels I have to read immediately.

Plot Perfect by Paula Munier

My writer friend lent this book to me. I’ve only read a couple of books about writing, but they all turned out to be pretty awesome. Hopefully this one is no exception.

False Prince by Jennifer Nielsen

This was on last month’s TBR, and this time I *promise* I’ll get to it this month. 😄 This book has been recommended to me so many times, and it sounds quite intriguing, so I really should pick it up.

V is for Virgin by Kelly Oram

I’ve loved all of Kelly Oram’s books so far, so I’m excited to start this new series by her. I already have the ebook sitting on my phone, so it shouldn’t be to hard to pick up. It follows a girl who has vowed to remain a virgin, and a rockstar who disagrees.

Re Designed by Denise Swank

This is the second book in a series I read quite a while ago. It’s a romance with college students as the main characters. I believe in this one the main character is studying design, hence the title.

Forgotten Honeymoon by Beverly Farr

I’m sort of ashamed to admit I read these types of books. But sometimes you just need a good, predictable romance book. I enjoyed Beverly Farr’s “Love and Chocolate” series, so I’m hoping this one will be great as well.

Soldier by Kagawa

I read the first two books in this series last month and loved them. Dragons? Dragon slayers? Fast-packed action? Hints of romance? Count me in!

Have you read any of these books? How were they? Any books I need to add?

❤️ Annette
